I noticed today the small wheel that is on the bottom in unison with the AC belt (AC pulley?) is wobbling while the engine runs. With the engine not running I can wiggle it with my hand,as it's very loose. Do I just need to tighten the nut that holds it on,or is it a failed part that needs to be replaced? If replacement is necessary, how easy is it to to,and how do I go about doing it? Also, could this be where the whirring sound was coming from after a recent timing belt/accessory belts replacement was done? The whirring sound isn't as loud as it used to be (maybe it was louder and more pronounced as the AC pulley was on it's way out?),and it definitely doesn't sound like it's coming from inside the timing belt cover.
